Return Policy:

At Buy The Way Artiques, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund exchange gift card or store credit.

If the item is returned in its original condition, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee helps us cover the cost of processing the return and preparing the item for resale.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, does not match the listing, or is lost in transit. If any of these occur, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We do not accept international returns unless the buyer pays for the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee. International shoppers are responsible for any VAT and customs import taxes.

If you would like to combine shipping on multiple orders, please contact us before making your purchase so we can provide you with a more accurate shipping estimate.

Shipping Policy: At our store, we offer calculated (by zip code) shipping on all orders unless we both agree on a shipping price prior or are bundling more than one item. We strive to ship all orders within 0-3 business days after payment is received, and if you are located in the United States you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. For international orders, shipping costs will vary based on the destination and weight of the package. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

As an business owner with a rich 7-year history of successfully owning & managing an antique store in Concord, California, I bring a wealth of experience in both the physical and digital realms of commerce.

My expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing has significantly boosted online engagement and sales for my business. Beyond my primary role, I'm involved in diverse aspects like appraisals, consignments, and overseeing all online business activities. As I move towards liquidating my inventory and selling my antique shop, I'm excited to channel my experiences into new ventures.

As a professional with a deep-rooted passion for jewelry, I am certified in minor watch and jewelry repair. Jewelry has always been my favorite treasure to sell and hopefully one day I can create a jewelry line of my own. I am currently advancing my expertise by pursuing a Graduate Gemologist (GIA) certification as well as attending a variety of college and online courses.

My strengths are in sales and customer service, where I've consistently demonstrated excellence. However, my interests and talents are multifaceted. I am passionate about singing, songwriting, and creating engaging media content. These creative pursuits are an extension of my entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, I'm channeling my experiences and insights into authoring three books slated for publication in 2024.

At the core of my endeavors is a desire to use my God-given talents to tell my story, share my experiences, resources and inspire others. Making a positive impact, even if it's just on one individual, is the driving force behind my varied professional and creative pursuits.
